Lawrence Community Cycles is the newest DIY bicycle collective in town! We opened August 19, 2025 and religiously adhere to the schedule above.
But we are NOT religious!

Drop off your old bike during our open hours and we’ll get it fixed up and sell it for proceeds to keep us open!

Monzie
One of the last elves to see the Light of the Two Trees. He takes a couple things seriously, like fixing your bike, providing magic and Lawrence Lore™. Kind, funny, etc.
Steve
Steve has like 40 years of bike mechanic experience. I think he told me he was a BMXer growing up but now he can fix any bike and tell you the best Lawrence Lore™ at the same time. He’s very kind.
Riley
Riley’s got an entire airstream trailer full of old bikes that he’s personally saved from the landfill. That almost says it all. He also enjoys brewing and is just the kindest guy.
Justin
Justin’s other bike is a pair of bare feet. Enjoys talking and listening. Is he kind? Yeah - kinda goofy.
